New Specimens from the Philippines

Insect Designs has just been updated with a few new specimens from the Philippines, including some hard to get Pachliopta species. Stock of most of these is very limited.

Fresh Specimens from Brazil and Argentina

Insect Designs has just been updated with some very nice specimens from Brazil and Argentina, including a variety of Morphos, Papilionidae, Brassolidae, Heliconidae and Nymphalidae. Of special note are the females we now have available: Morpho menelaus, Papilio cleotas, Caligo martia, Callicore codomanus, Papilio androgeus, Papilio agavus and Papilio astyalus (light and dark forms available). African Singles Page Updated

The African Singles page at Insect Designs has just been updated with some nice butterflies and moths from Tanzania and Cameroon. 140 different specimens are now available. Photos on the African Singles page are of the actual specimens being offered for sale. Most are unidentified. This page is popular with our regular customers, so please visit soon for a browse to secure the best ones.

Fresh Birdwing Butterflies now Available

Insect Designs has just received a fresh shipment of birdwing butterflies with many lovely species now available. Whilst we are waiting for our CITES re-export to arrive, we are currently only able to ship these to our Australian customers. However, if you are out of Australia you are able to keep your order aside for you until our permit arrives about the middle of March. Unfortunately for our US customers, we are unable to ship birdwing specimens there due to the expensive extra paperwork the US government requires over and above the standard CITES permit.
