African Singles Page Updated

The African Singles page at Insect Designs has just been updated with some fresh specimens from Tanzania and Uganda. The photos on the African Singles page are of the actual specimens you are purchasing. This page is popular with our regular customers, so you'll need to be quick to secure the best specimens. There are more than 100 different butterflies and moths now available.

Fresh Lycaenidae and Heliconidae from Mexico

The single Lycaenidae and Heliconidae listings at Insect Designs have just been updated with some interesting specimens from Mexico. We only received a tiny parcel from there so there are only a few on offer this time. We have ordered a larger quantity and hope to have more interesting specimens in stock in a month or two.

New Charaxes from Tanzania

Insect Designs has just been updated with some new Charaxes from Tanzania, including Charaxes castor pairs and Charaxes protoclea azota females. Stock is limited. We also have other fresh Charaxes, both males and females.

Fresh Specimens from the Philippines

Insect Designs has just been updated with some fresh specimens from the Philippines, including Libythea geoffroy bardas and Appias albina semperi females (yellow form). The Libythea are particularly hard to get and have been out of stock for quite some time.

Insect Pins Now Available

The new tools section at Insect Designs has just been updated with some nice insect pins and label pins. The insect pins are available in stainless steel and black enamel and come in various thicknesses from 0.35mm to 0.50mm. They are a standard 38mm in length. The label pins are chromium plated and 10mm in length.
